So ladies and gentlemen, here is my short review about this broker
Summary:
Today I earned 28000 USD. (Proof my contest account) Then MAXFX began acting just like yesterday, and increased the SPREAD to beat me. There were moments when the increased spread over 15 pips. What is really awfull? Example: my platform show me BID-ASK 015-017 but when i place BUY order i got price 35! Beautifull.
This is not an ECN broker. They manipulated the price right before the eyes of mime.
So support MAXFX e-mailed me that he does not pay any profit. Great support!!!
I'm risking my money in the market and they will not pay me?
So if You once earn money in Forex, it is almost certain that with a broker like MAXFX get anything like others scam broker.

In violation of Paragraphs 8.36, 28.3 and 28.4 of the Terms & Conditions of MaxFX, your account has been terminated and it has an immediate effect.

Paragraph 8.36 :
8.36 Where the Company determines that the Client either once-off or systematically takes advantage of delayed or wrong price
feeds by trading on them, the Company reserves the right (a) to adjust the price(s) and/or the spread provided to the Client, (b)
to delay the price confirmation and/or re-quote the price offered., (c) to restrict Client’s access to the Trading Platform and/or
provide only manual quotes, (d) to retrieve any historic profits from the Client’s trading account, provided that it can document
that such trading profits have been obtained as a result of a price(s) abuse at any time during the relationship with the Client.,
(e) to immediately terminate by way of written notice the relationship with the Client.
Paragraph 28.3 :
28.3 The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately without giving five (5) business days notice in the following events

i. Death of the Client

It's always the broker who is the fraudster because he is operating the system.

After examining your trading activity we lead to the conclusion that your trading activity took advantage of latency in quote updating. As a result the Company concluded that you have breached our trading T&C along with those that rule the MaxFX Competition and proceeded with the termination of your account.

That is your opinion. Opinion regulators will be more important not just for me but also for You if you are able to offer fin. services. Because yours mess proves that you robbing money and people's time and those paragraphs XYZ just to prove nothing because

How could you manage gains of 20 to 35 points in less than one minute on some pairs (EURCAD for example) on Friday when there was not much movement ?
I think all of us will be interested to know this great way to profit.

MaxFx should explain this case as soon as possible pls . MAXFX do not know what you're talking about I was just lucky day. Today I received a statement from my regulator. All profits must be paid to me, even if it were a given problem is a problem broker who failed to secure his system. So we'll see what happens.
