Get refund from Paypal for a Scam EA or Signal Service // Trade Copier

I did a little research and came to know that you can not get any refund through paypal if the EA or Signal service does not work the way they claim. When you go and ask Paypal for refund then seller simply tell Paypal that they have delivered the product already. This way PayPal refuse any refund to buyer.
If you are victim of this then my suggestion is that you never tell paypal that you received the product.
Simply claim that it is unauthorised transaction. This way seller must have to pay the money back.
I hope my suggestion will save lot of money of new traders.

You are the most senior trader here and I also request you to give some advise as to how people can avoid scams and if they are caught in any scam then how can they recover their hard earned money.

Han I am not the most senior trader here. I think togr has been around longer than me. My advice to anyone is follow signal providers who have at least $1,000 of their own money in their own system. Avoid following signal providers with cent accounts, or $10 in their accounts or $50 made to look like $5,000 (plenty of these on signalstart.com) and if you go to simpletrader.net they have a minimum of $3,000 requirement and 6 months history etc to be publicly displayed in their marketplace starting from January this year. Also look for systems with a monthly return close to the maximum drawdown experienced in the system, avoid grids etc. good luck to all.

I would say
1. only verified MFB account, no shitty brokers
2. good ratio profit/DD
3. at least 3+ months history, even more is better
4. Grids, martingales, if it runs at least for year you can think about it.
5. Always monitor your account, if the loss exceed your limit close all positions and disconnect
