Assuming whole the panic with the virus now I think it would be totally correct decision to invest in something like that, it would bring you shit ton of the profits entirely anyway for many possible reasons out there absolutely for all cases to be done.

You have already missed the boat for investing in bio stocks. The price is already sky high. You will probably just lose money as the price corrects over the next 12 months. I would look for something cheap now that will increase in future like airlines

Ic Markets is alright for everything related to currencies but if you want to trade stocks I would not recommend to use Meta Trader at all. Meta Trader is made for OTC trading and does not have a real level 2 box. That means you will miss important information.
Better option is to use Meta Trader 4 or Meta Trader 5 for currencies/coins and a stock trading platform for stocks.
