Hi,
As you mentioned, 'Some folks have asked why not so many trades of late, to which Ive answered you'll have to ask Mr Market that. While you're at it, ask him to be more accommodating, and bring about (more often) the specific set of market conditions to be met so that we can exploit them systematically with the NMi Super Scalper EA system.'
=> But I've notice that in Live account 'SS-10k-live' trade seems far lesser than this Demo account. It's there a setting differences or because it is live account so the trade is lesser?

If you've been reading every word Ive said in my emails deirectly client, you'd know the answer to that question :) (yes, different setting used) I go to pains to point things out, but I know I am verbose so the details can get buried. But, read up, I'm sharing with my pearls of wisdom about these systems which are are worth MORE than you'll ever pay the EA....or any EA for that matter.
Without the knowledge of how to use a tick sclper..........it can be/often is a fruitless exercise, just ask all the folks that struggle with MDP while others clean up. Knowledge is about all that seperates the winners, from the losers in FX. A good contact and mentor goes a long way to teachning what you need to know (I learn myself from others, my mentors and good contacts), and to steer you in the right direction to suitable feed/VPS combo. A couple of new and not available to the public/non retail/uniquely for NMI SS EA clients feeds I am currently in talk with brokers about...........again the benefits of which will go to NMi clients.
Anyhow, in case you or anyone misses the difference between conservative and aggressive settings, demo versus live.
This account runs conservative: true https://www.myfxbook.com/members/NewMillenniumInc/ss-10k-live/262638/UaHZ151CShGEUnXAQIUi (NOTE: we are seeing pips more trade with a more powerful VPS plan.........which havent moved this account over to yet, and if we had it be looking quite a bit better than this, 1 less losers and more pips on just about every trade. There is just NO room for shortcuts, otherwise it costs you pips, and in the case of 10k account running 2.o lots per trades - its already 'costs' $200+ in gains we'd otherwise have see. Saving money on a cheap VPS is false economy and can easily turn an other winning broker/EA setup, into a losing one.
This official FWD demo run conservative: false (aggressive) https://www.myfxbook.com/members/NewMillenniumInc/nmi-super-scalper/207694
Same as above but via Guardian software (our official product) : https://www.myfxbook.com/members/NewMillenniumInc/ss-via-guardian/271171/nOCm4ku7OoSysHznAACw set to aggressive:true only for the last few days, user error had conservatove: true for the trades prior). Identical trades, on identical DMA MT4 account at same broker on same VPS.
This is how you test - 1 variable only and a 'control', to quantify things (if only the pharmacuetical companies would adhere to this standard!). The same procedure followed in all of my testing - I test to know things - until I know, I don't claim otherwise, and call it a belief/theory hypothesis/opinion/judgement. Its always my rationale, be it for my own business or when folks tell me things..........I always come from the position of do you know this, or is it just your belief ? So, don't take offence when I ask or question you on this :)
What I do KNOW, I'll be very clear about, I'll tell it to you as fact.............although its human nature that some will still look past what I'm saying. All I suggest, is to test it, to know, don't assume anything.
With regards the settings I developed: the conservative: true sets were done on real money accounts, and the conservative: false were done on demo accounts. Essentially, you require a stricter entry with real money sets versus what works on a demo. Not surprising, but the ability to develop working sets itself is not something I can easily share with you, but for anyone who's listening I will and do share my thoughts on how.
Cheers, Adam

Hi Folks,
I'm struggling to work out whats worse of late, waking up to a bad hangover or looking at our 10k live account. Good thing I don't drink or I'd be copping a double whammy of late.
Upon further review though I can say that if we hadn't of run the the EURJPY pair our account would be ahead now, instead of behind. So with that I'll be discontinuing the EURJPY and I suggest that all users do the same for now (if you haven't already). Its the most frequently trading pairs which suggest the entry criteria is not strict enough. That pair copped some substantial slippage, too, although this looks to be something to do with a 4 core VPS experiment because we've not seen such slippage elsewhere and the last set of trades on our now preferred VPS hardly slipped at all (albeit they were losers).
Profitable pairs and moving forward
If you click on the 'trades' tab in 'Advanced Statistics' section on the myfxbook link you will see that the system has been profitable over the 4 remaining pairs (with the USDJPY and GBPUSD pair being the standouts so far), albeit it is need of a sharpen up. As mentioned previous Ive some new functionality I'm bringing forward, but its not something I can pass over to you all, yet. In the meantime I'll be making following changes to our settings with current version of the EA:
1) Stop loss on all pairs will be reduced by 1-2 pips, depending on the pair. (to lessen the size of the losers without overly compromising win%)
2) The favourable move required will be reduced from up to 4 pips, to just 2 pips on all pairs. (to increase the chance of a winning trade)
If we'd commenced without the EURJPY and tightened on up on all our tolerances then the picture would be quite different today, versus the one we face. Anyways we can but learn apply and move forward.
New functionality completed
Ive the code now for the first of new functionality changes which involves a progressively reducing stop loss as price moves into favour of the trade (currently no trailing occurs until the price has move a certain minimum distance). This will at least reduce the size of loser should market not move into favour of trades sufficiently enough to engage the trailing stop loss and in backtesting it has a positive affect. I expect we should be able to integrate this functionality for you this week - its just a subtle change so doesn't detract too far from the current system - but we expect to find a compromise that will work in our favour.
Next off the blocks (expected this week also) are these functionalities. They are the type of functions that don't make any difference on a backtester but are concepts that Ive concluded by observation would make the EA more robust in a real money environment than it currently is. These functions would have significantly lessened the impact of the 2 losing days last week.
1) Slip on entry functionality (when EA measures slip when entering and the order becoming live, it will compensate to lock in profit and trail sooner)
2) Slip filter (when EA measures excessive slip it will step aside and not trade for a period)
Guardian DDOS clarification
The issue of Guardian being DDos attacked doesn't actually affect NMi SS EA users other than if you're restarting your MT4 or fiddling with charts and applying the EA etc. Guardian could be down for days (usually its no longer than a matter of hrs) but even this wouldn't affect the EA provided you don't restart the MT4 or otherwise fiddle.
This issue aside we don't actually have any outstanding Guardian support issues that we are aware off.
Summary
We are still 100% committed and are working hard to advance the design, the advancements made this week will be available as Monday next week to be sure we can test them sufficiently enough to be confident to supply to our clients. We think a slightly revised setup on the current build 9 version with smaller stop stop loss and swifter trail should bring about an improvement and that we will be implementing today.
Of course the refund option still exist for those of you who'd like to bow out now, I understand its been a tough road to travel so far. All you need to do is ask us by email - no need to raise a dispute with paypal (as some have done) because we will not dispute any refund request. You ask, you get.
Our website and support will be experiencing some downtime this week as we makes some changes, so don't be concerned if our website is not available from time to time. I went to post this update and answer a question I'd received to our email there myself today, only to see its down. I know our web man has been working long hours to do the required.
Ive a suggestion for those pondering their choices at this junction. As it happens FXPIG themselves also offer a managed account with an in house EA system that currently running rings around the Super Scalper (but the EA they use is not for sale) and it has a low minimum entry of USD2k. It's performance speaks for itself and you've got a very good chance at making some $$ with it:

Thanks sincerely to those staying the path with us, your support is appreciated and its my objective to see that your loyalty is rewarded in any way that I can facilitate it. On that note I'll leave you and will get back to it.
Cheers, Adam

Hi Folks,
Well the decision to cut the EURJPY comes just a little late and we see another 2 losers on this pair.
Moving forwards we've decided to make the following announcements:
* NMi will for now suggest that at the least, disable live trading on the EURJPY pair. (aside from this pair our 10k is still in + pips)
* NMi will then further develop the EA with view to release again into the future. (during this we will release updated versions)
* Existing client can choose to stay on board, use/test EA and new versions along the way, weekly. (suggested on demo)
* Existing client can also of course choose to option a refund.
We've defined 1 month as the development phase before a planned release again into the future, and we're fairly confident we'll be able to meet that deadline with a much improved version of the current EA. We invite and encourage our clients to be part of this process so that become familiar with the new design and functionalities of the EA, and to see that we are reactive to customer feedback.
By staying on board you'll always have our latest version and into the future when the system is more fully sorted, it will definitely comman a much higher price and be offered with a less generous deal than our current one. Lets not forget too that even now in its current form (without the EURJPY pair) it still is a profitable EA using the right VPS and broker combination.
I will of course keep you apprised of the development along the way and will look to share in the developments of the EA via the forum, with the help of some images, backtest and fwd testing links.
Cheers, Adam

Hi Folks,
Well, Ive heard from 2 people who stuck with the EURJPY pair, that had 4 winning trades today on real money. Such is life.
Here's some links for you interest, the old Build EA versus new Build EA v1.10 (not released to clients yet), we started some demos and will be starting some $500 real money test account tmra (will fill in the banks accordingly).
1) https://www.myfxbook.com/members/NewMillenniumInc/nmi-super-scalper/207694 (demo)
2) As above but real money with v1.10, small SL, fast trail, and Pretrailing (started but myfxbook link coming tommorrow) (real)
3) https://www.myfxbook.com/members/NewMillenniumInc/nmi-super-scalper-fast-scalp/282276 (more aggressive entry, more trades, old Build EA but with small SL (note smaller loss size) and fast trail) (demo)
4) https://www.myfxbook.com/members/NewMillenniumInc/nmi-super-scalper-v110-ecn/283563 (New v1.10 build, conservative:true but with small SL, reducing SL and fast trailer) (demo)
5) FWD demo on real money account copy to start tomorrow with myfxbook link (As above (4) but on real money ECN) (real)
6+7) Two more real money are prepped ready to roll. 1 will be as per the official demo FWD but on ECN feed, and with small SL, reducing SL and fast trailer. Another will be an account testing the boundaries of how small a SL is possible, and fast and close trailing can be using low spread broker with 0 pips stops limit. (real)
Although we have a build v1.10 now in hand, the main difference being its reducing stop loss in advance of trailing, this version won't be released until we've still 2 more slip filter/modifications. We need to code and test this week the slip functions which are designed help protect account equity when excessive slip is measured (the EA will step aside for a while). The next release will be quite improved over the Build 1.9 but we still will be further improving into near future, of course with view to a second release just as soon as we feel comfortable with the EA again...
Cheers, Adam :)

As promised and for more convenience I've listed all the current test links below (we'll be charging up our old 10k account for another start next week provided the remaining 2 slip mods can be sufficiently tested, EA coder is in the process of doing that today and tomorrow). The development won't stop thereafter but the recently added function and revised setting we think will have substantially improved the EA ability to profit in a real money environment.

Hi Folks,
Trusting you had a good weekend.
Just a brief update here and now.
* Ive tweaked the current v1.9 setting slightly, these values will be applied to the EA automatically inside of the 24 hours. If you wish to enable them sooner, you'll need to re-attached EA to chart.
* Ive outlined the upcoming v1.10 functionality changes in the forum (rather than crowd this communication).
* Ive also posted some other topics of interest for you in the forum today, anyone who doesnt know it all already is encouraged to have a read.
On the trading side of Biz - our demos running old settings took a little loss today BUT our real money accounts running new/revised/tight settings (along the lines of the tweaks I performed on V1.9 for all clients today) actually made money and pips (wipe sweat off my browe). So, the rule isnt always that demos win and real money accounts loose, much depends on the settings used and I think this is some good validation that we are headed in the right direction.
https://www.myfxbook.com/members/NewMillenniumInc
It must be said though, the the EURUSD pair and its settings show by FAR the best numbers on a 99% variable spread test and we are strongly considering just focusing on that pair, as does the Number one EA/Impulsive Scalper crew does, and not fully supporting other pairs. We of course go out on a limb and supply you setting for other pairs that we make best effort to develop with profitability in mind, but quite simply development even on one pair take an enormous of amount of time and focus. No one else does 5 pairs on a tick scalper. Running a EURUSD support program only would be much simpler for us, so please keep this in mind as we move forward, ie that our focus will be more on the EURUSD. It has the lowest spread and the most ideal price action, doubtless.
Just to rub some more salt in the wounds that the EURJPY pair gored us with last week, wins again today which makes for about 4-5 winning trades consecutively for it now. Sometimes it pays to keep the faith.....but still I'm hesitant to jump on it with gusto. Please be wary with this pair, it can be your best friend and then turn on you when you least expect it to :) However, with the v1.10 upgrades (that aren't all yet even active on our current v1.10 forward prototype) will make the EA a lot safer to trade than it was, so perhaps this wild pair may be firmly back on the table.
I'll sign off now except to say as I always, thank you for the support you provide us by remaining our clients, we aim to make it worth your while.
Cheers, Adam :)

If I purchase the EA, will I get the set files to run this exact setup?
I will try this on another European broker with low latency and lowest spread.

I have several scalper EAs that perform nicely in demo accounts where execution speed and requotes are not an issue. LIve account is a different story.

For those of you who is considering of buying this EA I specially opened a public account to follow. I bought this EA just today, however before going live with it I decided to give it a proper testing on a demo account. Broker used for it is the recommended one - fxpig. Initial deposit - 300$, lot fixed - 0.03, trading pairs - all 5 from EA manual.
