Fallenleaf, PowerFlow opened the grid trades according to the strategy rules and added positions when the price became oversold. All positions where closed with a great profit at 1.56743. (Please note that the close price can be slightly different from terminal to terminal because of different price feeds)
Removing the EA or closing some positions manually as you did a few weeks ago is a very bad idea because the trades will be no longer managed by the EA. As result you have now seven open positions which you will need to manage by yourself.
to be honestly, i wish the developer should have any Prior notice to all users how risky this EA is !
As I mentioned above, it is a VERY BAD idea to close some positions manually or remove the EA from the chart because the result can be unpredictable and you can end up with a huge loss. However, you have to understand that the neither we or the EA is responsible for losses when you don't let the system do it's job.

Actually, we changed our VPS provider at the wrong time because the basket was closed with a very nice profit.

you call this was a bad idea? then what idea you propose to deal with this ugly situation? let it wipe off the whole acct?
there are 2 reasons triggered for me to taking off the ea: 1st because i am unable to see any positions on your acct at the same time, 2nd my acct balance won't allow any more grid position from it even i used low-lot setting provided.
all i want to say is you should warn the users how the potential risks are and how our acct will be affected and what the minimum balance need to run this strategy for just low-lot setting even, don't you think it is your responsibility to make this prior notice?
my acct, like i said here, is on the way to be blown out if there is no any bouncing from GBPUSD this week.
it's no doubt you made great success from this strategy but with some conditions, such as you are the developer and you know it the best, and your acct balance would support it running 3 pairs, but i'd assume it is not suitable to everyone, especially for those who having smaller balance acct., THIS, i guess and would recommend, is the key to let every one know in advance before they attach it to the chart.
give a thought to what i said , my friend !
hope my refund request can go through with no question, as per your commitment.

You can find the information in our terms and conditions (https://www.forex21.com/terms-and-conditions/) and also in EULA.

Yes, I do because as result of stopping the EA you have a floating DD and the outcome is unknown.
then what idea you propose to deal with this ugly situation?
'Ugly' situations are part of the forex business and the EA has been designed to deal with such situations.
let it wipe off the whole acct?
a) This is something that cannot happen because in the worst case all positions would be closed by the max DD feature.
b) The EA closed the basket with a very nice profit.

Like brokers, we do inform traders about potential risk of forex trading. Just like in any other business, there is no 'free lunch' in forex. Setup and margin suggestions are included in the user manual, plus we do assist users with the setup.

I understand and I am very sorry to hear that but as I said, this is the result of your action and not because of the PowerFlow system.
hope my refund request can go through with no question, as per your commitment.
If you would like to request a refund, please process as described in our terms and conditions. (https://www.forex21.com/terms-and-conditions/)

it looks like you are tending to mess up the concept of your ea's risky strategy and generic forex risk.
i don't know what the other traders will do, but if you ever mentioned this ea will take grid strategy, then i will get my hands off for sure.
i guess for the other traders here or any potential users to this ea, when they are stopping here, they will certainly give their own judgement on these discussion and messages left from other users.
you take care and enjoy yourself, my friend

Fallenlea012,
look, you decided that it will be the best for your trading account when you manage the open trades by yourself. Result = Huge DD instead of nice Profit. As I mentioned earlier, I hope that you will be able to close the trades with profit or at least at break even.
But to be perfectly honest, to blame the system or me for the DD is unfair because after all you screwed it up.
Happy Trading!

Hello Moreno,
yes, setup adjustments will be recognized. There is no need to wait until all positions are closed before changing the settings.
