to day I had the same spike issue. but this time I was ready due the EA would open hedge trade after -18 pip and I would handle it. But I had a coding mistake and EA opened 4 hedge trades with 6 pip FIX_TP and for all in a second TP trigerred and I again stayed with open loosing trade. Now I fixed the code problem but currently working on the open trades. 😲

for some brokers MT4 min Lot information is not matching with the Broker server settings😲. so you should check the min lot from your brokers web page and confirm that your EA is sending orders with in the broker server limits.

next week I will start trading with "this_weeks_final_lot*0.75"and reduce risk with %25 and increase trading frequency %25. targeting same daily goal.

_somehow:currently I am trading with 1:400 leverage and 1Lot per 5000$ deposit. Before going live I will try to decrease Lot/Trade to 0.50Lot per 5000$ deposit. this will decrease my risk %50. at that point I need to trade 2 times then current trade frequency. I think this I can achive. or at least I would like reduce it 0.75Lot per 5000$ deposit. lets see if I can manage. walker

Chikot this can be called as aggressive entry. entry before patterns completed and waiting for the pattern complete this is the profit.

greetingsBirt has offset ed the EURUSD pair tick data and tested the EA with that to see if there is a hard coded setup change in DLL related with DATE and it is good to hear that there is no such thing. ( which is a very clever way and may the only way to do it without having the source of DLL )

guysas all traders agree even 0.1 pip is important when calculated yearly. has any of you experience with "cashbackforex"?

I had added auto TP set to _somehow. also added a hedge trade to TP*3 distance in the case of very fast reverse price move. this will hedge the trade and then I will handle it manually

Advantages:- trade duration is short and this prevent trades from market changes.- trade target is small again this prevent trades from market changes and this is achivable.- I do not enter Breakout this prevent me from big looses- my entry is when market is moving against my trade. this gives me + slippage and support low target level.- there are no certain rules for the trades apart from mind set and daily goal. this make system flexible and adapt new market condition very easily.- watching news during trading again adapting new market condition very easily.- average 1/1 R/R ratio.- trades a...
