"After 12 Months some very bad experiences"
What do you like best about HostingStak?
I like that the customer support normaly responded within one hour. With the last issue I had, it took two days but they also needed to look into the issue and find an excuse.
What would you improve about HostingStak?
More frequent Backups!
Only Mondays and than only ONE available ....
A better undertsanding of what causes an issue.
Overall
The VPS spoofs as soon as there is RAM or CPU overload.
Leads to dataloss of Profiles and .set files -> VERY DANGEROUS!!!
After a 70 days uptime run, the VPS decided to somehow restart. There was no CPU or RAM overload causing this issue -> I upgraded to th ebiggest plan 100€/month. I was shoked after the weekend, realising it happened and needed to settle everything again. They offered to reset on a backup - the only available was the last monday which is the D-Day. Thanks for nothing. I am very disappointed.
Customer support was blaming me for the entire thing ... They said I ordered a Restart but I havent't. Was just very surprised that this happened without any warning.
They offer a 24/7 FX VPS but would never blame semfelve if they up.

As mentioned in previous emails, there have been no reboots on our server side, so none of the VPS instances were restarted due to issues with our infrastructure.
If your VPS rebooted due to software issues, we cannot be held responsible as we don’t know what you have installed.
We provide the VPS, but what is installed inside is outside the responsibility of Hosting Stak.
If a piece of software crashed or a Windows update caused the VPS to reboot or created issues, we have no way of knowing that.
You asked to restore a backup — we informed you of the date of the oldest available backup, asked you to confirm, and to power off the VPS so we could proceed with the restoration, which we did.
We also told you that we would increase the backup retention from 7 to 10 days in case of any future issues — and we did that as well.
Backups are taken daily, so there ARE other backups available. We never said the only available one was from the 17th — we said it was the oldest one.
It seems there may have been some misunderstandings in the email exchange regarding backup retention.
In any case, we are available to restore more recent backups — that’s not a problem — but this doesn’t change the fact that there were no hardware-related reboots on our side.
We will aim to provide users with the ability to restore backups independently in the future.

What do you like best about HostingStak?
We currently use Hosting Stak VPS and have used Hosting Stak servers for our contest with over 30 MT4 installed. Never any problems.
What would you improve about HostingStak?
Server prices a bit high but great support

Perfect VPS. I use the Standard plan to have more MT4 and MT5, about 8.
What would you improve about HostingStak?
Unfortunately, there is no subscription longer than monthly.
Overall
I use Hosting Stak to maintain my MT4 with my Expert Advisors and Copy, never had any problems.
