Direction can still be bullish but this zone is dangerous for blind entries. I prefer to wait for confirmation after a clean retest when I trade on hfm, because one BoJ comment can ruin a good looking setup in minutes

I like this point because a tool is useful only when it improves judgment, not when it replaces it. Daily targets like 3 percent sound nice but they push people into overtrading in my experience. A monthly goal with low pressure and strict risk per trade worked much better for me

After a sharp rebound, compression often means buyers and sellers are rebalancing and liquidity is building inside a tight range. When one side gives up, stops and pending orders can trigger a fast volatility expansion. Are you seeing this on a specific market, like gold?
