nojo.....ja uz jsem trochu starsi a delal jsem v urcite casti teto industrie par let a s trochou stesti bude jeste par let delat.V podstate je to z meho hlediska jednoduche, kazdy musi sam rozhodnout co povazuje za zodpovedne riziko. nic vice a nic mene. A slusnost pro me byt nemusi :-) ale aspon rad vim proc komu nadavam

Jak vidim, take v teto casti sveta stejne problemy jako vsude jinde :-). No tak ja nic neprodavam takze "investory" nehledam anejake vysledky take nepostuji , takze se aspon o tom se mnou nikdo nepohada

As far as your question is concerned, you received some very polite answers. So there is since weeks nothing to add. You might not understand the importance of certain issues but in order to get any customers in your segment you should find out pretty fast.In this case I think it might be helpful not to use qualifiers like "childish".

:-) no he just deleted it himself after I confirmed that I checked the amount and definitely before the SNB. Well I have to admit, I do not understand why he believes that I am interested in his private wealth but I am happy that he has enough money.

Mate, you are just missing the point. I do not care if you are a trader. You might have noticed that yesterday was somehow very volatile day. So my answer was probably more sarcastic than appropriate. Anyway, you are pretty sensitive for a HF trader. Your job or degree of experience could have some importance if we would talk about the markets. But only in the way that I can understand your perspective. Your performance is your problem . Beside this I am happy for you that you can do whatever you wish to with 500k Euros.After all I was never a will never be near to such interesting performance...

@top performer...... there are no problems to look at yahoo archive .....i do not know if it is professional or not. It depends on the profession, I guess.It is definitely not about your english. There are many things , I should know..... and again At Malta the regulation is coming from BOV?... interesting. But rules are set - up by Bank Centrali, right.....and MFSA is somehow involved as well.... after all it does not really matter right?So relax mate, everything is fine.

sure mate.... thats fine. And you are right it is like formula 1..... and one thing is for sure, if you are chaniging teams in formula 1 you have sponsors....the other one is for sure as well, even the last driver has a track record in F1.You might be too excited.... you are missing one or two points. just calm down a little.

As you are working for a fully regulated HF you should know that to have an investor is not enough to ensure that you will get the license. If not i would strongly recommend to check with your legal department. It is obvious that somebody needs to pay for the set-up and the structure pays off only above a certain level of AUM , i do not think that this is anything new. I think @gappo123 is able to do this simple math himself.If he has a track record which could attract investors, he might not need any initiall investors to get a job in a HF/Bank. @gappo123 First of all I am not a legal professional specialised on setting up such structures so my insight is definitely limited. As far as I know the set-up cost for a full asset manager license might be around 100k Euros + as far as BaFin, Finma, FCA is concerned. But thats a rough estimate.It really depends on many things. But it is not only about to get the license but more about the cost to run the structure according to the requirements.As far as the professional backgorund is concerned, I really do not know. Unfortunately Poland might be one of the cheaper spots in the EU to establish a fund structure. There are other very important questions besides where you live. And so there might be some cheaper solutions..... but..... it alwyays depends.And it is not only about money, you need to prove certain degree of experience and some other things.

I just dont know this guy. I do not think any P/L would be a recommendation on such a small account but what do I know... All his descriptions sound not as a "traditional" HF but he could be easily a trader somewhere.... why not. He has some interesting opinions.... why not take these as benefit and let his myfxbook account be what it is....irrelevant
