My experience with NewHope and their new product FIX API Arbitrage

I spent 3000$ on their new FIX API platform because I wanted to step up my trading. I have been trading FX for 12 years and the last 4 years with arbitrage software. All of you that have tried arbitrage, knows that it's hard today because brokers put you on slippage and you lose the edge. I studied the FIX API platform and you trade with bigger brokers and banks. The good thing is that they can't plugin you. You achieve better results for longer. I thought that the future life of arbitrage was on that platform.
I heard that NewHope recently had launched a new software that did just that. I did some research and I bought it with promises of very good support.
After that, I have had eight weeks of frustration with NewHope. They were given access to my VPS to install and set up the software. I used FXCM.
Now after eight weeks I'm very frustrated because now they blame me for nonexistent profits. How could I do that, I didn't do anything regarding the settings, they did and if I did, I did exactly what they asked me to do. At the same time, they showed me other clients statements with big profits. They used the same VPS, the same settings (NewHope said) and they actually laughed at me. I did get very frustrated and didn't see any progress in this business relationship so I wanted a refund of the software's cost of 3000$. They refused me for being intolerant and a complete idiot. I tell you if a top brands customer department treated their customers like they did to me, they would lose a big chunk of the market they try to take.
So my advice to you is to stay away from fraudulent companies like this one. You will thank me later. I lost 3000$ but I rather lose it in trading, not to superbad developers that promise things that they can't deliver.

That is interesting experience. I didn’t know there is a platform that could be used only for arbitrage. I still believe that is not legal way to earn money from trading. As far as I know many brokers also think the same.

You get a very interesting story and you do not want to tell the whole truth about how everything happened.
First you bought a program from us. We have provided instructions and how to trade. You asked for a broker to trade. After 2 weeks of waiting - you were able to open an account and then tried to connect. Then we tried to connect, but the data was incorrect. The broker FXCM confirmed this and corrected the errors and this took at least 2 weeks. Because you refused to believe that the broker was guilty and did not write to them. Then we set up the connection again, we saw that you had incorrect trading conditions and asked you to write to the broker again. It took you about 2 weeks too. In the end, we showed other accounts with daily income with FXCM, but you went into the settings and changed them.
But here the situation is even different. We provide the program and support, and do not trade for others. You initially decided that they would trade for you.
Also, when communicating with you, you constantly swore obscenely throughout the whole time and accused us. Any other company would have blocked you for this long ago. But we continued to support and set up your account.
There were a lot of bad moments on your part. We were especially pleased that you have earned a CONDITION at the expense of OUR Expert Advisers and still we were called fraudsters.
Summing up, let me remind you that you wrote in support in December and we provided you with an update and your account continues to be active. Nobody deceived you
