The installation file myfxbook.exe just not installed in the directory. There are what some news on this topic? The guys from myfxbook you make the important and necessary work! Thank you!

Silence ... On Sunday, contacted support, updated my account in hand, thanks. About the problem in this thread did not say anything.

Ethan,

Sorry about the bother, but how it is possible to get my account updated just by uploading the files manually via any FTP client app? I've done that in the past when i got problems with the autoupdate and it was working just fine, now it isn't. It's not exactly an issue with mtquotes servers but also and issue from your side with the FTP server?.
I'm sorry but for security reasons i can't install any thirdparty executables/experts in my systems.

This is the log i get with winSCP from windows or filezilla from linux when i try to upload my statement.html

Copying files to remote side failed.
Connection closed; Max File Size reached. Aborting transfer.

Is there any issue related to this?

Disregard my last two msgs.
I've already uploaded my file just by setting a smaller 'Custom period' on the 'account history' tab in MT4 platform and uploaded the smaller file. It's working just fine now.

Not for me.The myfxbook ea is running, and it has not updated in over 6 hours. No idea why.

Check the Experts tab to see it is uploading the information. Another thing you can check is that the email address you put in the EA is all in lower case.

I would find the file, shut down metatrader and manually delete the file. Then see if it fixes the problem.
