so basically what you said is that because you have the open trades disabled ... I can't see that there is a 5 step sequence of BUYs open and underwater ... that's a bad news for the EA since if the down trend sustains it'll blow in a next few days ...

I agree however most of these EAs run on bucketshops so it's a question whether the bucketshops send the orders to the market ...If they do then it depends probably it has to build to a couple billions a day/week for the big boys to get interested ...and that connected with lower liquidity during Asian session might mean spikes that will take all those EAs out ...on the other hand you think there are hundreds of the EAs being sold by the EA makers ?

I see you stopped the "Buys" sequences on the cable ... does it mean now you're only going in one direction according to some EMA/SMA ? Does it work better when backtested ?

why is it that your real account runs on 400:1 leverage and you force your customers to open accounts w/JadeFX which they only offer 100:1 ...this "little" difference will mean alot since it seems you're using leverage to the fullest extent ...your first trade shows -25 pips (1 trade during the whole day) and the corresponding loss for the day is -29.8% so you risked more than 1% of the account per pip ...this strategy resembles the HYIP lol ... one mistake and your account will be wiped out clean with such exposure... especially on 100:1 account

Your affiliate broker's website looks rather SCARY ... is it not possible for you to form relationships with better presenting brokers ??? I'm not familiar with them, are they trustworthy ?

wow man I would need 100x times more deposited to get similar results as you do ...however I bet with $40K you would not continue being so aggressive ???what MM rules are you using to keep this account alive on the cutting edge ?

man I meant only positive criticizm ... just a quick adjustment to your strategy would be only opening the sequence in the direction of some major EMA/SMA ... maybe changing your fixed steps to ATR based or previous days range or whetever else...just implementing these two steps would insure a better survival since usually the currencies do not collapse against their major trend ... usually there's fighting which gives you better chances of closing the sequenceyou should not sell the EA that can blow the account just the day before you started your demo forward test... that's just my o...

well I'll add my 2 cents ... it's easy to run mt4 on linux with wine ... also with linux-ha you could setup a high availability system (when one server goes down (crashes, kernel panics (blue death screen on windows), gets hacked etc), the other takes over within 30 sec) ...it's not easy but can be done ;;;;also for those that want to make sure their MT4 is up ... you can have the script or EA written that listens on some TCP port and some test app that connects to it every 1 minute ... that way you will receive an SMS only if the system goes down

ok, I analyzed your system's trade history and here are the things I don't like about your strategy:1) it starts the whole sequence randomly ... right when you turn on the EA ...you can see that you funded the account at the same time that the EA placed the first sequence ...2) if the (1) is not bad enough ... you place martingale trades according to a primitive formula ... which doesn't change during market conditions3) your last trade is always -160 pips from 1st entry ... at that point assuming your lot sequence the account is alreadyat -4624 and you placed 10.3 standard lots .....

so which broker would you recommend for $5k for USA residents ?is the EA configurable ? Does it place trades for all those multiple currencies (can certain currencies be excluded in configuration) ?Does it allow placing a definite SL or is it a "mental" SL ?Can it detect widening spread before entering the trade (news releases usually do that)?

Hi, I'm interested in your EACan you answer these questions?does the EA ever take a loss or does it martingale till blow out ?what is the next position size after 5.1 lots or how many negative pips can the 10K account survive before it's blown out ?eg: if some unexpected news comes out and the market goes X pips without looking back ...I understand the EA is not supposed to be active on major news days like NFP ?
