MQLme, 2 questions:1) Your published backtest was conducted with Risk = 15. The maximal relative drawdown was 54.1%. Presuming that Risk = 30 is double the risk of Risk = 15, why would you start a live account with a risk level that would have led to the account being wiped out in a backtest?2) Let's just say the monitoring account is wiped out. Please explain what would happen to those subscribers that set their risk lower. Would their trades be closed by the copier, or would they have the chance to manage the positions. Risk.By my calculations, risk level 5 means that if both SLs are hit, I'll lose 20% of my deposit. I wouldn't be happy with that, but I accept that risk as a possibility. I think it'll happen one day, but I think that this bot looks accurate enough to mean it'll be long enough from now to be acceptable as the returns will offset, and more. The FSCS pay out of their reserves and then recover from the company in troubleI think the FSCS is pretty quick, the delay has been because the administrators have had to untangle the mess of CHF trades and work out how to establish correct balances for 100,000 clients, communicate with them etc.If you had more than £50k, and you assign your claim to FSCS, you get £50k. If, over time the FSCS receives more from the administrators than £50k, they send on the extra.

@Sceadagenga To benefit from FSCS you have to assign your claim to them, they will pay out up to £50k and then anything above that that they receive from the administrators they will also pass on. As I understand, if you assign your claim to the client money pool to the FSCS, they will pay out all of your claim (capped at £50k) relatively quickly. If your claim is more than £50k, you'll get £50k and then the FSCS will pay out more in the future if/when they receive more.If you don't assign your claim, you receive whatever the JSAs payout as and when they do, initially indicated as 51% interim payment.My claim is (a lot) less than £50k, so I have assigned mine in the hope of being paid out quicker.Also as I understand it, KPMG have no claim on the client p...

I have received log in details for ETX. My funds are not available.ETX know that the we all want our money back so they are offering to "help" release the money from the special administration. I think they are just trying to convert us to to clients of ETX.The JSAs have stated that funds will not be available any earlier via ETX than directly from the special administration.I still think the quickest way to get funds back will be from the FSCS, as they can pay out ahead of the JSAs completing their work. As I understand it, if there is insufficient money in the client money pool (CMP) to pay all the claims, then we may not receive 100% from the JSAs, as the shortfall ranks alongside other creditors in terms of the claim on the company's assets.I seem to recall the JSAs saying that the CMP is expected to be fully funded, but could not yet confirm. I don't know if the potential repricing of CHF trades might affect this.One other thing is that the CMP is valued in USD. I have no idea why.
