I cant see the benefit here, so please can you explain it to me.I can just make money from trading with any Broker in theory, so what is the point here that a deposit is required?The usual contest benefit is to win some Money with trading performance without risking real money.(For those people who have no Money to fund a trading account)greetings

And you are a "professional"? Its funny that a lot of retail traders degrade their own class as worthless...I mean if a signal works for me i dont care what others think about or if they use it.There are hundrets of possible combinations which trading tools you can use, and i bet that there is no "professional" trading standart set of tools. What i researched is that the so called professionals also only cook with water and use a wide spread set of tools.What do you mean with VW ? in my country it means VolksWagen ;-)greetings

Damn i missed a "perfect" entry just by 5 mins, EurUSD + big Support in EurUSD D1 + PsyLevel 1.1100 + DoubleBottom + KeltnerBand on M15anyway i entered at retracement 38.1 35min later

Any News? actual bid is quote " 100% per day"no higher bids? ;-) my personal theoretical but realistic max. is considering a low DD (2%) is about ~50%(50R) but only at ~4days in a Month when special condictions met like1.double of the normal daily range and 2.strong trend move with no large set backs

it seems you mix up money management,trading strategy and trade management.Loosing years of Profits in 1 minute is not a fault of using a stopploss, its simply overleverage.I dont want to dismiss your progress and think it is good that you are open minded,so you might be interested in this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZoHg-MccHc(its one of the most professional trading plans i found so far)Anyway my question for trackrecord was aimed that you can proof your claims.

i am happy that you enjoyed my post ;)what have my problems to do with criticizing? if you following your logic than you couldn't discuss here because you even have a trackrecord to prove you thoughts ;). Arguing with arguments is the way how adults exchange their points of view, nothing wrong with that. lol you know that scaling out was not invented in the 21.century, it existed long before.Using no SL is almost the hard way to realize your hole acount is at stake!What i can read out here are 2 things, 1. "using SL is old school" 2. "using SL is the harder way to trade"->So the opposite must be true for your method: Being a softy and a hipster.(Just joking ;)for your second post i really cant belief that you trust academic studies. These people have no experience in practical trading and also mostly dont are aware of which statistical methods are suited for trading mode...

in my opinion trading without SL is the warranty to go bankrupt in the long run.Its like to trade with a negative expectansy, because the risk is unlimited versus a small win.The only way i can imagine trading without SL is when you are comfortable to take at every time a 300-500 pip loss.(up to 2000pips at blackswan days)So speaking you must trade with no or extreme small leverage. And this mean its only practical for longterm traders (weekly trades (350-650pips) to monthly trades(1000-6000pips) TP). For Daytraders (~40-80 pips) and Scalpers(5-20pips) trading without SL is like russian roulet...

No stopploss can and will cost you your profits. that 138 pips can by wiped out in one day.if you mistrust your broker why dont you just switch to a reliable broker which does not stop hunt??For the brokers you must make a difference between price action spikes and stophunts.It easy, just compare the 1 min history of different brokers and when only your broker has that spike than well its obvious.The Broker quotes are not 100% the same, there can be differences offcourse, but use your common sense.I asked because there was a -60 and a -46 pip loss.To improve your stoploss problem I would sugge...

i am not here to sell you anything or prove that i am right or you are wrong.I just just made the point that if you use so much additions, that your system cant be called martingale anymore.If you 1.dont like martingale and 2.modify it so hard, why do you use that term anymore?

i dont know if you understand me correct, for example 1-2-3 trading and fibo-levels are commonly counted to price action.Also your opinion about ATR seems not correct, because the purpose of ATR is displaying the average dynamic range of the last x-candles(periods). So it is pretty dynamic and can be used on all timeframes.async hedges: what i mean is what you call "basket%" we used that too.the only thing what we did not use was the method you call "1-3-2-4". So in the end i know a system which used 80% of what you are doing. but i guess myfxbook deleted my link to the sys...

my brother worked several months on a countertrend martingale, what he founds is that you just delay the loss until the large cycle wipes you out (with large cycle i mean 6-12 months) he had + dynamic Levels+ dynamic SL/TP+async hedges on the outer level (last line of defense)so several features you mentioned where developed on its on (he didn't read forums)Look how it ends. so the result is that you modified martingale so hard that in the end you are just trading.I explain why:-async hedges -> can be replaced with stop/limit orders and have the same effect. Hedging is just delaying the loss.-dynamic pair tp, ts -> ATR-function often used in trading-dynamic steps between orders - > 1-2-3 trading / retracements / fibonacci levels-open or closed martingale - > scaling in/out in countertrend or pyramiding with the trend-basket percentage -> ?-1-3-2-4 management -> ?greetings

@Scroooge if "it needs titanic work to turn it into the stable profit generator", then why not just use a system + less risky MoneyManagement?The net effect would be the same or less work, and less risk.So overall there are 2 arguments against martingale and no benefit which could outweight them?Profit alone is not an argument, since profit must always seen versus risk (riskreward,DD-risk)I mean you could try it for yourself if you want to ignore the math :)greetings

For the Holy Grail , most dont find it because they dont know how it looks like ;D.Its more a package of Grails (like a sixpack).One part of it is the trader skill and the trust in himself.I experienced it my self, having a proven winning system but not the trust in it can make it unprofitable.Often the way to wisdom can be experience.
