Hello everyone,

It seems like AI development is gradually moving beyond basic chatbots toward more advanced AI agents and automation workflows. Instead of handling simple replies, these systems can now understand context, manage follow-ups, and even handle multi-step tasks, which is starting to impact how businesses operate.

Is this shift to AI agents really effective in real-world business use?

Would love to hear your thoughts.

One problem with AI agents is the autonomy can look better on paper than it plays out in reality. They can handle structured tasks well, but markets and business environments shift constantly. Without clear boundaries or oversight, they can drift off track. I think they work best as support tools, not something you fully hand control over to.

In terms of speed and efficiency, AI has definitely improved things. It can handle repetitive tasks and organize information well. But in real trading or decision-making, it still depends on how it’s used. Without a clear framework behind it, it can just add noise. It works better as a support tool rather than something to rely on fully.
