It's hard to say.
Are you sure the logic criteria is met? Since there are time differences between brokers, it can have an effect on the trade logic.
Have you tried debugging it? Print all of your criteria's in the terminal's charts, so you can see for a fact if the criteria is met or not.

EA reactions can be changed from broker to broker and the followıng parameters are effecting the reactions;
- Data feed
actual data feed can be totally different from broker to broker. most of the time ıt ıs not possıble to tack ıthose dıfferencıes wıth eyeballıng due all the charts seems the same. but 'bar close' , 'bar open' , 'bar high' , 'bar low' can be totally different.
- Spread
- Average tick movement
thıs value changes from broker to broker and defenitly effects the EA reactions
- EA Set up done by the user.
- Money managment

that ıs totally correct.
but I cant ımagıne that any user does not take consıderatıon about GMT
