Hey All

I seem to be having a problem in an account linked from fxcm. The stats box is right, the abs gain is right, the pip count in the monthly graphs is right, but then the actual monthly % is way off ..... and actually shows negative, even though im on the account right now and the profits are there....

Is this a formatting issue? Im totally perplexed with this... here is the account:

https://www.myfxbook.com/members/BenNathanFTA/managed-client-account-using-fxnewstrader/1215965

basically is should look the same as my 'Ben Nathan' account as its all the same trades and more or less the same level of % profit... a

Arghhh!!!

Help much appreciated, thanks....

Ps. the only thing I do know is that the account is linked to a larger client owned account, i.e. it could be split, but that doesnt explain the profit % when everything else is right...

Just to add in - the history is showing the % levels wrong.....
Its adding a decimal place - so whats actually 2% on the account balance is showing as 0.2% on myfxbook history BUT not for all of the entries... WTH!

Any ideas?

delete the account and upload again some brokers archive ur history in 6 months due to that yout balance is aggregated with your profit tht might also be the case best way to find out is delete your my fxbook account and create another one if it still shows same then ask your broker in support if they archive your history you can also try uploading your history on different site to check if myfxbook is having problem

Thanks, I'll try that.
It may also be that the account I've taken over, had been managed by someone else years ago and clearly hadn't done very well and as you say, the archiving thing may have made the difference

@TradeWizard

Sadly it didnt work mate :(
I think its because before I took over in March there may have been a much larger balance that was managed poorly.
Is there a way to have it on my profile with a custom start date?

Heres the account again: https://www.myfxbook.com/members/BenNathanFTA/managed-account-started-managing-mid/1230711/cpkhOtFIGl1YifoXLCpf

If i do custom analysis from when istarted the figures correct themselves.

Ben, you can set a custom period using custom start: https://www.myfxbook.com/help#help_17.
