You can create/get an Arbitrage EA, it's completely viable, but, sorry to tell you, most of the brokers don't let you win for a long time in this way...

Arbitrage is something which is dependent on market mispricing. it works well when you can buy shares of a stock at one place NYSE and sell in Japan.
however in Forex, it means jumping on a misprice of one single broker. Trust me when I tell you, EVERY BROKER has it somewhere in their terms and conditions that states that if they find out, they will cancel all profitable trades... not the losers.
and they will find out.

the textbook definition of arbitrage states that the buying and selling must take place simultaneously.
i do not like the simultaneous aspect of the definition.
for my purposes, arbitrage means that i know that if i buy product X now that i can quickly offload it at a profit.
the most common arbitrage that i encountered in this business of forex is the triangular arbitrage.
triangular arbitrage looks nice in theory, but it is not likely to actually produce a profit.
with triangular arbitrage, slippage and other factors will erase your profits quickly.
triangular arbitrage obviously requires three currencies to operate.
my arbitrage requires only two currencies.
also, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY HARDER THAN I AM PLAYING.

i insist that they are sadly mistaken.
if i am a researcher at a higher level university, and some fresh man student asks to see my work, am i obligated to produce my work for his inspection?
you might think that one over again.
it aint happening.
this is my thesis.
a thesis is a demonstration of an idea or a concept.
i demonstrate for you arbitrage of a new flavor.

nobody is insisting you show your work, however even in University when a researcher tells people about his holy grail, he needs to explain his theory, not necessary his actual methadology so that others will admire his accumen.
In fact a person who shouts how great his discovery is without even a basic synopsis.
