Yes, if you are talking about progressive grid martingale. But there are various type of martingales; for example static break-out, reverse progression or even the flip coin type..

Indeed, I wasn't aware of these different martingales' style.
@Mr Professor53... he should be the expert.

I just realized that in fact mr M.K. always wanted to talk about MAE
Maximum Average Excursion...which is calculated for the last 200 trades into the advanced statistics:
You have found another name for it,yet MK was simply basing the name 'Pip-drawdown' on statistic which is listed once you have linked your account.

Thank you for pointing that out. You most certainly have different types of martingale. Yet, martingale alone won't be enough for you to be able to make enough profit worth posting about. The actual system itself needs to be adapted to martingale in order to increase your chances of profit.

Lol.. it could be, anyway:
Here is how to read MAE. This data is provided by Myfxbook since a long time.
This is Pip ddrawdown summarized for the last 200 trades:
Which is where martingale makes the difference. Most of your trades CrazyTrader are under the 0 pip-drawdown limit. What the graph doesn't show is how many lots were each trade. Even you take avg it isn't a good measure. If I use martingale and most of my small trades are big pip losses, and my big wagers are 0 pip drawdown, wouldn't that offset the losses?

YES M.K is back : )
*MAE isn't here to show you any performance or trading style.
I show you where you can find out about your pip drawdown instead of looking at trades one by one. lol.
We know your style... when you can't be patient to trade your strategy you open trades like 0.01 so it messes up your stats.

MAE and MFE are metrics that visualize how much loss (profit) the trade experiences before it was closed.
Basically they were made ti show if the trades went according the plan and if the trader respects hard SL or TP.
Of course it was no relevance with pip-dd.
