never heard such ... a customer who spends 1200 dollars cannot fully understand how the expert works but must depend on support because it is a state secret? No one intends to take such a complicated expert ....

Even our own customer support who provides support and the core EA developers can't understand fully how the EA works and that's why it works and can work and it works by AI. How many AI developers in the world understand the AI systems what they have developed? Probably, no one. Our customer support will provide only those instructions which they have been given by the core developer team and nothing else.

Adding to our previous comments, we have nothing to do with how other EA sellers are selling their experts. We sell the EA based on the description what is available in our website and that's how we operate. So if anyone wants to buy the EA, then he has to go through the latest updates about our EA details from our website before buying the EA.

Part n16 cannot be read because it is superimposed by the screenshoot, perhaps your wix site is a bit poor or perhaps that superimposition was designed on purpose .... according to my point of view it is not correct to sell an expert like this ' obscured ... and denying licenses to a customer just because they asked for too much information without refunding and highly incorrect

Regarding the website view, it might be a problem in your browser or due to change of language in the website. Anyway, we have done some changes to the website for this.

Next, We haven't cancelled the services and licenses of the buyer because of him asking questions, but because the client has seriously violated a series of 'Terms of Service' and continue to violate the same even after our repeated instructions and hence, we were forced to stop all services as per our 'Terms Of Service':
1.The buyer was an existing signal provider and he never contacted us here in myfxbook before purchase and he never read our website contents or 'Terms of Service' even after our support provided the links multiple times. He was not eligible to buy our EA, but he still purchased the EA.
2.He doesn't know how to keep his MT4 terminal ON 24/7 and his MT4 keeps restarting automatically during windows update and he put that blame on us saying our EA is complicated and need to be publicly informed to others. Even though our support provided the steps to follow, but he never followed the steps.
3.Even though we clearly mentioned that we don't provide any refund in our website, but he tried to cause loss or damage to our business by posting false and misleading negative reviews just with a hope that by doing so we might consider giving him a refund.
All the above 3 and many other things are there which the buyer has violated and hence, as per our 'Terms Of Service' we have already cancelled all the services and we will not entertain any comments about that buyer and this is just for general information to others so that before buying the EA, all users need to know everything clearly.

As discussed in previous post, we have decided to switch to a new set file named set file 4 from now. We will slowly roll out the set file and start using in currency pairs one by one. Today we have applied the set file 4 to EURUSD pair. We will start applying it to other remaining pairs in coming days or weeks depending on performance.

By now we have applied set file 4 to 2 pairs: EURUSD and GBPUSD in this account. We are running numerous demo accounts and a few live accounts with various combination of settings of the EA both for the limited version as well as FULL version of the EA.So based on the results in other MT4 accounts for specific settings we are switching the best settings to this particular live account.

At the same time, we are also running training and backtesting for the FULL version of the EA in multiple currency pairs. Backtesting is now possible only in the FULL version of the EA and backtesting is not possible in the limited version of the EA. After a few iterations of around 8 to 10 iterations, the EA automatically enters into profit, but usually with large drawdown, but with sufficient iterations around 1000 to 2000 iterations of training, the equity curve becomes very smooth with very little drawdown %.

Please find some screenshots of the back testing results for EURUSD pair in M5 timeframe for 10 iterations and 1200 iterations separately. These backtesting results are achieved mainly during trained period and not during non-trained period. Non-trained period back testing results still show some level of drawdown and inconsistency in few pairs. However, for now the settings are sufficient to continue for LIVE testing in DEMO accounts followed by LIVE account, it is because the final performance is decided by the combined performance from all currency pairs and not by one pair. Also, we have already trained it for the year 2022 and 2023 till March end for EURUSD pair and we don't want to delete the trained data and so live testing in DEMO and LIVE account will continue. I am planning to create and upload a couple of videos of backtesting of the full version of the EA which I will update later if I will be successful in creating videos.

I have tried to create 2 videos to show the live backtesting results of the FULL version of the EA in visual mode in EURUSD pair in M5 timeframe. The video quality is not that much good for direct trades to see due to the speed of backtesting and speed of chart movements, however, it is sufficient to get an overall idea about how the full version trades from the equity curve. It is important to mention that the EA has almost infinite possible combination of settings and now during this backtesting I am just using one specific set of settings.

I have set the limit of maximum number of simultaneous open orders between 10 to 20 trades at a time and risk 0.5% per trade. Also, to avoid confusion, I want to mention that during training and backtesting I have to keep changing the source code and settings as well and so I have set the name of the EA just randomly as 'MuZero Forex EA' since the EA concept was derived and inspired by the 'MuZero' algo and so I have set the name accordingly for identification purpose.

I have run the backtesting for last year from Jan 2022 to around end of 2022 and not sure how much is covered in the videos and it is trained and backtested both in 'OpenPrices' mode only. So users who are interested can have a look into the videos and I will continue to create and post more videos in future for EURUSD pair with different settings as well as for other pairs as soon as I get better results after training.

Now, I have put the FULL version of the EA for training for around 3 years starting from Jan 2020 to March 2023. It is important to note that the FULL version is used mainly for training the algo to get trained data which can later be embedded inside the limited version EA code or it can also be directly put in our remote data server for existing clients to use. Only those input settings which are common for both limited version and FULL version can be used in limited version of the EA through our remote server. Also, we use FULL version with good settings in our 'Fund Management' services or sometimes we use a combination of limited version and FULL version in 'Fund Management' service.

Till now I have run only around 30 training iterations for 3 years and then, I have put the EA for back testing to see the performance and check the maximum drawdown % before further continuing the training. I have created a video for the backtesting results of around 1 to 2 years which didn't complete due to video maximum time limit. I believe that the occasional drawdown is most likely due to the major news events which can't be avoided completely just by AI training and also, more training is time consuming. So if I will run it for 1000 iterations or more, then the equity curve can be more smooth which I will try later.

I am using 0.5% risk per trade in this backtesting. I have set up a limit of maximum 10 trades at time. Training is done for EURUSD pair in M5 timeframe for now and I will continue training for other pairs and upload the videos. My next training will be for GBPUSD pair.

As per my previous posts, I have completed 1 year training of GBPUSD pair from Jan 2022 to March 2023. Most settings remain the same as EURUSD and I have run the backtest for GBPUSD.

I have decided to complete the training for all 23 pairs first for the last 1 year before continuing longer periods of training and backtest. The EA learns in REAL time which means after initial training is over, the EA will still continue to train itself even while LIVE trading and so long term training doesn't carry much meaning in this case. Training is enabled both for limited version as well as FULL version of the EA.

I am using 0.5% risk per trade in this backtesting with maximum 10 trades at a time limit. I will train for USDCHF pair next. For now, I have created the video for GBPUSD back testing.

USDCHF training took quite some time. I have completed 1 year training of USDCHF pair and I have run the backtest for USDCHF. Most settings remains the same and the maximum one time drawdown is set to around 5% since the total number of maximum trades is set to 10 with 0.5% risk % per trade.

I have run around 1000 training iterations. However, still occasional drawdowns are there and will be there and real time learning will continue. In the meantime, I have already started training for USDJPY pair. For now, I am sharing the backtesting results video link for USDCHF.

1 year training of USDJPY pair is complete and I have run the backtest for USDJPY. All most all settings remains the same as previous currency pairs as per my previous posts. Total number of maximum trades at a time is set to 10 with 0.5% risk % per trade.

My plan is to quickly complete the training for major 8 pairs and then, start testing the FULL version in DEMO account. Then, I will continue training the remaining 15 pairs. The last full training was done around 6 to 8 months back and so the profit % have reduced slightly recently.

For now, I have created video for USDJPY backtesting and in the meantime, I have already started training for AUDUSD pair. Here is the video link:

By now, I have already trained all major 8 currency pairs and already started testing the FULL version in DEMO account. Now, it is only taking time to backtest and create video to update here.

I will continue other pairs training later since I feel 8 pairs are more than enough to start making sufficient trades and sufficient profits. There is a limit of 10 trades at a time per pair and so for 8 pairs, it can place around 80 trades at time sometimes and so in the current settings there is no need to add additional pairs for now.

I have decided to give a manual training almost once in a month for all pairs in the FULL version for the algo to stay up to date. The FULL version is designed primarily for FUND Management and our own LIVE account trading.

For now, I have created video for AUDUSD backtesting. Here is the video link:

Since now the 8 major pairs training is complete which will be used in trading both for FULL Version and limited version of our EA and so in this account, we have increased the risk further. Also, we have applied the set file 4 to all 8 pairs. So we are expecting % profit to be more in this account from now on.

For now, I have created video for USDCAD backtesting. Here is the video link:
https://share.vidyard.com/watch/Xa18VXa2nxaUfpvUbHZ4Qt?

I will backtest and create the video for EURJPY and NZDUSD pairs soon. In the meantime, the DEMO account testing of FULL Version is going on and if results will be very close to back testing results, then I may choose to make the account public soon.

As explained in my previous post, I have made the DEMO account public which is running the FULL Version of the algo and the name of the system is 'MuZero Forex EA V.1.1_IC Markets' which anyone can find from my myfxbook profile.

We are not using the FULL Version the EA directly in that account. Rather we are using a trade copier to copy trades from our master MT4 account to that account so that irrespective of account type like DEMO or LIVE account and irrespective of broker used, 99% of trades will be copied from master MT4 account to all slave MT4 accounts and trading performance in all MT4 accounts will be almost same. So that account is available only for FUND MANAGEMENT.

I am not sure how long it will continue and only time will tell if it will continue to perform well or not in future and how long it will continue if so before requiring another manual training. For now, it seems like it is performing very close to the back testing results published by me here and displayed in videos. I will continue to publish the back testing results and related videos of the EA in future posts.
