Helpful tip:
When making withdrawals you need to use the same method you used to deposit due to AML requirements. If you don't, you'll find it just won't be processed and you'll be very lucky if they even bother to let you know.
I'll make another post once I'm happy a new setup is ready to go.
I have used VISA, Mastercard and Bank transfer/wire when I deposit money to hotforex, do you know what I shall choose when I want to withdraw my money ?

Hello BPGE,
my entire profits are gone . I have even made losses . I would not have expected this. I have recommended you to many friends. They have lost alot money because they have invested in BPGE only for a few months . Not misunderstand BPGE . You are a great trader . But this finish is just extremely unattractive.
regards Joe

BTW, I wrote an email to [email protected]. Also, chat with their support ... their answer is a little strange, claims that PAMM is under maintenance and it will resume soon.

Sorry guys, was afk.
If you read above you'll see I've mentioned a few times now that I am changing broker completely and will advise when a new setup is ready to go.
No, I won't be starting it up again at hotforex. Not a snowballs chance in hell.
Also above I mentioned an issue they were having with the client area still showing orders being open, *several hours* after they were in fact closed.
I've emailed them to advise of the problem, and soon after I did this the message some of you are quoting has appeared.
From what I can tell, something is borked at their end and they need to fix it, so therefore the message seems related to that.
Looking at the log in MT4 it also looks as though multiples of requested withdrawal amounts were coming out.
Eg: if someone requested to withdraw $500 (once) then $500 was coming out 2 or 3 times against the same investor number and it would go straight into their hotforex wallet and no doubt some folks would try to withdraw that too.
Very weird.
Sorry, but that is not something I can help you with (as much as I'd like to be able to) because I have nothing to do with hotforex or their internal systems - I just make trades.
You'll need to contact them and let them know exactly what you think of this, if you haven't already.
Hopefully that's something that gets fixed very soon because I won't be able to withdraw either!
For the avoidance of doubt - *if you believe there is an error you will need to contact hotforex*

@patrickdrew That actually looks to be true :) I can see things changing every so often. I imagine it'll take them some time to fix because they really do seem to have messed it up. What is complete bullshit though is that it happened at all. Definitely not ok.

@joey1333 Yes, it is indeed unattractive. The alternative if we trusted them not to shaft us even further was much worse though. Left with no option unfortunately.
Thanks for your reply,
please make sure to find an broker of your trust.
I will follow you even with your new broker again . I hope you can bring me back my profits and my losses.
I was up to now very happy with your work. but this morning....damn.
ok heads up and looking forward😀

Here's an excerpt from my chat with Hotforex regarding withdrawals:
Olly: Welcome to Hotforex, how may I help you?
me: Hi Olly, I'm trying to remove funds from my PAMM 112993 but it's says 'Balance operations have been temporary disabled on this PAMM Manager account.'
Olly: kindly be informed that at the moment the pamm is undergoing an urgent maintenance and service will resume as soon as possible. Apologize for an inconvenience cause and thank you for your patience
mes: Any ideas on when the maintenance will be completed?
Olly: unfortunately i cannot specify the exact time however as soon as available then the service will resume

@anthcarver Forgive my bluntness here but you can be as disappointed as you like because the alternative was to risk the entire account blowing due to the broker being dodgy - and getting worse by the day.
I'm sure you would have disliked that particular outcome a lot more than this one, and those were the only two options.
Further, if (and I stress IF) you've been an investor for a while then 'down' simply means a bit less profit and you'd not have any right to complain at all.

@BP33 I agree completely. Out of all the PAMMs I have been involved with, yours has consistently kept equity and balance very closely correlated. My other two PAMM accounts are 60% in drawdown and frankly I don't see them recovering from it.
Even though my balance and equity aren't as high as it was at the beginning of last week I am still well in profit.
I hope Hotforex resolves the withdrawal problems soon so I have the funds available to make the move to your new broker.
Thank you for handling the account in a professional no-nonsense manner.
