Samuel Scott's Micro PAMM is great. However the Broker is terrible. Blackbird Clear take days to answer emails, never answer the phone and worst of all, they are not processing a withdrawl request i have had in for a number of days - not even acknowledging the request.

Love Micro PAMM trader - hate the Broker!

Very very good question.
It would be nice if he had a serious broker like IC Markets or FXChoice... or Armada Markets.

Could Blackbird Clear be a scam? Of course. But I think they may not be and are worth the risk and here is why: First, personally I sent Blackbird Support quite a few e-mails when I first deposited money into Mr. Scott's PAMM - they answered every concern and were very polite and helpful. More important than being 'nice' though is that you have to ask yourself if Samuel Scott would open a PAMM account with a crooked broker. I have never had an account with Mr. Scott before this one. If you search the internet, you can find that Mr. Scott has traded for people in the past and he appears to be very reputable and it is more than obvious he is extremely talented. It is hard to find information on him but enough searching will give you at least some results of his past history of helping people with his trades. My account has already gained well over $2000 and I got in really late (mid December). If he continues to trade this well for another 2-3 months and then closes the PAMM, I will have more money than I've ever had in forex. This thought certainly isn't some fantasy; it looks like it may actually happen with the fantastic history he has shown since last October. For me, I am willing to take the risk that Mr. Scott would not choose a lousy broker since he just requested a $1,000,000 withdrawal. Would he actually continue trading with Blackbird if he didn't get a $1,000,000 withdrawal request?!! He would have closed the PAMM and gone elsewhere. I believe this is reasonable to think. Again, of course there is a risk with this broker but I'm giving it a chance. Mr. Scott's return rate is incredible and I have a real account with Blackbird that updates fast after each trade. Hopefully this all works out.

take a look:

this is why they say in their website:

BlackBird Clear Limited is authorized and regulated in the United Kingdom (FSA) under Number 192356
(hereinafter called the “Company”).

https://www.blackbirdclear.com/download/docs/BB-Order_Execution_Policies.pdf

But searching for this number look what I found:

https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/blackbird-europe-limited-clone

According to fca the registered firm under this number is the folowing:
Blackbird Europe Limited
FCA Firm Registration Number: 192356
Address: 405 Kings Road, Suite 302, London, SW10 0BB
Website: www.clear-markets.com

https://www.compliancy-services.co.uk/fsa-authorisations/fca-warns-consumers-of-website-clone-/2789

What are you guys opinion?

I received an email from there support suggesting I transfer money into a Polish bank so it could be linked to the PAMM account. The bank is called 'mBank'. Is that what everyone else did?

But what I don't understand is that Samuel Scott stated that he trades with Commerzw Bank AG (Germany). As per below.

My name is Samuel Scott and Im trader, i have a Micro PAMM in Commerze Bank AG (Germany) with high risk, i create

this PAMM for invest only low capital, with a max investment of 2500 USD - 2500 Euro. And a min investment

of 100. I will stop this PAMM at end of year (December), remember that i take high risk for this PAMM, if i have a Draw Down

of 25% i will stop this PAMM.

I follow posts but not sign up until today. Easy solution to this is write blackbird and ask them exactly what you tell us about clearmarkets.com. If they reply to you with good answer, you have peace. If they not reply, then maybe not good. Let us know what they say.

Sarts, what I did was far easier than the mBank route. Blackbird Clear will also accept a deposit via Skrill. Go to skrill.com and send money to this e-mail address for Blackbird Clear: [email protected]. All you have to do is send a note to Blackbird Clear Support (after your account is opened) and tell them you deposited through Skrill. They will add the money to your PAMM account. I did this because it is far faster than a wire to mBank which can take a few business days. Blackbird Clear added the funds to Samuel Scott's PAMM the same day. All went well for me. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get in on this PAMM to do it very soon. Samuel Scott's balance today is $24,000+ and it is only logical to think he will trade again to $1,000,000 and then maybe stop the PAMM. I hope he trades to $2,000,000 but that's not up to me! Now that he is at $24,000 the profits should start to really multiply. $1,000,000 will not take all that long anymore - it should be just a couple of months and that may be it. You can see from his first time around that from $24,000 to $1,000,000 it only took 9 weeks. I hope this helped you out.

It seems very sceptical to send an email to a 'gmail' account. How would you withdraw money from skrill.com?

First of all Blackbird is the worst broker I have ever dealt with because the service is so bad and there English is terrible. They told me no more credit card purchases which means no Skrill either because of the NFA rule changes in the USA, and therefore only bank wire deposits are permitted. I still dont understand what the NFA in the US has to,do with a broker in Poland

So you must have got your deposit in by Skrill before they changes the rules, so you were lucky. I am very Leary of these guys because they are so unprofessional the way that they will not answer there phones at all, and the way that they respond to emails is a crime in itself. This is the type of broker that will make you have many sleepless stressful nights, not knowing whether or not you will get your money out of your account.

Samuel could be trading at many other reputable brokers that have a solid reputation and have safe funds, and not have his clients have to put up with this garbage service.

Pipsquick, this board certainly has popped with a lot of comments lately! Yes, I did use Skrill last December. Skrill is legitimate. They operate by using e-mail address log-ins and that is nothing more than an easy way to send and receive money through them. I think Blackbird Clear changed their rules because of the huge change the Swiss caused last week: https://www.reuters.com/article/2015/01/21/forex-regualtions-idUSL1N0V02WG20150121 and https://www.bloomberg.com/news/2015-01-23/leucadia-to-charge-as-much-as-20-5-interest-in-fxcm-bailout.html. FXCM almost went under. Looks like you've been a member for awhile here so I'm sure you have a lot of experience in forex. I have been trading for about eights years and have seen quite a lot too. I'm not surprised that Blackbird would change rules and not allow certain things anymore due to the news, only because they are headquartered in the UK and follow the US trading regulations more than some other countries. Believe me, I have have my own cautious thoughts about all of this. Years ago I had a terrible broker who didn't answer phones, etc. and as you said, the stress is much to deal with. Again, for me, I don't want to lose one dollar like the rest of us but the huge, huge trade off of the skill Samuel Scott has and how he can trade an account to a very high balance in short time is worth the risk for me. If it all works out, the money will help my family more than ever. If not, then I suppose it is a lesson learned. Overall though, I personally have not had any bad experiences with Blackbird Clear. They have answered everything for me perfectly and have been really polite. I have no idea, maybe some people are sending too many inquiries and pestering them? I just don't know. I continue to hope Mr. Scott trades my account as well as he has been and then I'll request a withdrawal when the PAMM closes.
