I will be making my system public when I start profiting 😝

Also will be presenting regular tech/fund analysis via my website.

You are probably looking at the jump from -25% to almost break-even and thinking that I over-leveraged or took reckless trades....but I didn't. I have realized that steady wins the race and as long as I continue to trade as mechanically and consistently as possible then I will come out on top in the end.

Feel free to comment, praise, or critique.

Thanks for visiting.

Nothing to comment , because nearly everything is private ....... therefore not really interesting and additionally not very sucessful at least up to now

If you read my very first sentence, I said I would start making things public as I begin profiting.

Besides, it's more profitable than your real accounts combined so I would hold your tongue.

You should sumarize my real accounts with some hundred trades: + 7% and 2 of the three accounts are only for testing strategies , so not bad for my opinion.......... :-) ........ you haven't really started to trade but already show a rude behavour ... good luck my friend

lol...I apologize if I sounded rude, but you claim my system isn't successful when I'm just getting started. At my current rate even with deviations and drawdowns I am on track to gain at least 20%+ per month.

Only one of your accounts is labeled for testing only, and even then anybody can label their bad accounts 'for testing' to hide actual losses. I see things in % and with your real accounts combined you are down -69.44%...and that's not even calculated using Absolute Gain, which would put you even lower.

In addition, one of your 'clients' alleges he lost $16,000 with your EA.....don't know if there's any truth to that and I'm sure it was his own fault....but it doesn't exactly give me the impression of successful automated programming.

By the way, demo accounts mean nothing to me...I only look at real accounts.

Granted your systems are fully automated with no human intervention-- my hat's off to you for that. I've discussed in previous threads how I would be a good 40% into profit right now had I not let my emotions get a hold of me....something automated trading takes out.

No ... if you set a custom date filter from 2nd to 4th May, you see that you made lotsa green pips, 6 winners and only one loser. A good week! Or was that luck? 😉

Anyway ... good going ... keep it up. 😄

Thanks Speki, yes that was a good week. The month of May in general was pretty good for me, although I broke above break-even at one point before diving back down below (thanks to my, ahem.....emotions...getting the best of me). Temptations still persist, but after over a month straight of trading I have come to realize that trading mechanically is the best way to go. If you cut out all my large, emotion-driven losses, then I would be at my end-of-June-goal already.

I am just beginning this adventure, and I'm sure it will be a rocky road (especially with QE2 ending soon)...but I am in this for the long haul and refuse to get burned like I did in my previous foolishness.

You are totally wrong:
1. I have 3 real accounts on myfxbook: 2 micro and 1 classic account on Alpari UK as you can see. The total deposit of all 3accounts was 10.000 Euro. Actually the accounts show about 10.700 Euro. For the 2 Micro accounts I adapt the strategy nearly every week.
For example: for the account 'only for testing' I run a very interesting grid system since one week (+ 8% in 1 week), which is based on resistance and support levels.

2. I had never a client which has lost 16.000 USD.

If I'm wrong, I am sure that you can show the proof for your statments. So I'm waiting for your proof !

I am not going to argue with you. I can count the real accounts, trust me I am not blind. I'm not disputing the balance of the accounts, because honestly that doesn't matter. And I don't really raise eyebrows to equity either, because technically that is floating and can change at any moment. As I look at your profile right this moment-- 'testing' equity is 95.01%, 'secret' is 98.07%, and 'freedom' is 99.94%

But regardless, in the end what matters is the % gain. Right? It doesn't matter what the balance is because a higher balance doesn't necessarily mean you're profiting.

My figures included the 'testing' account: -91.07% + 5.04% (Secret system) + 16.66% (Freedom system) = -69.37% gain. Excluding the alleged 'testing' account......then yes you are profiting. But if that account is just for your own testing then why have it public at all??? I like to look at the big picture, that's why I was adding up all your real accounts together. 8% in one week...good job. I made 6% yesterday alone....whoop-dee-doo...

It is worthless to discuss with you....... you are right and I'm wrong...... I'm really impressed about your knowledge .. beside this, my equity is below my balance ...... but you are soooooo right, equity says nothing ........ you are a real expert ....... as well as the guy with my EA, which I never sold ..... lol
