Performs as claimed... ie. makes trades.
I can't see the scam.
The software is sold, as is, with huge risk disclaimers.
This word 'scam'... It does not mean what you think it means...
@redliner Ok, please, give us your definition of their behaviour! They are dealing in a professional way?

Hi,
Disclaimer is a common thing to get them free from litigation. The scammer do not refund and sell products by false information. It is implied purpose of product to make profit that is reason you and me are buying. If it does not meet implied purpose for what it is sold then its a scam!!
Regards,
Dhiraj

Lack of professionalism does not equal scam. It means a lack of professionalism....
Scam would be if they sold you the software, and their server did not exist, or was taken offline forever, and they made a run with your money.
Software that makes bad trades, and loses all your money, is not a scam. It's shit software that makes bad trades...

Exactly... I havn't bought it yet, because I don't think it's good enough to pay $300 for.
But I'll keep an eye on it, to see how it does, when the market does a repeat of the last crash.
From what I've seen, I don't think it's great software, but then, I havn't seen any good software yet.

I bet that by the time of miss you called him Hero? or not? he has begun to recover!
If you are running it i wish u good luck and all the best. I have never called noone hero! And 4 ur info i have suffered very limited losses on sphantom because of my risk settings, losses that i have already recovered with my othe EAs. So i can stay here very calm and quiet and to express my opinion that somome can agree wtih and others not! Anyway i wish u again all the best!

An email would have been nice, just letting us know what's going on. Or even better an area on their website where they can let us know what happening and where we could communicate with them.
Not letting us know is making our minds go wild and we will always think the worst.
I bought the ea 4 days before it crashed, so you can see how i feel.
But no reply to my eamils
And now it hasn't traded for 2 days just when they went offline then back on again.
Communication would make everyone feel a bit better.
but we shall see what will be what.
