I was wondering why you think that Armada markets have very good trading conditions for Thor?
Have you had good results with Armada in the last two months?
Perhaps you could give me an example of a good trade that Thor has made for you in the last couple of months along with the date and pip gain so that I can investigate why Thor has not been performing for me?

Hello,
because of the very low volatility the EA had a hard time and we needed longer then expected to find out what can be done to make sure we don't run in such troubles in the future. As mentioned earlier, there we will release a new build version in the near future.

Alexander

Today has been the worst day so far for Thor II, I believe... Caused by the effect of the ECB Press Conference. Thor II traded just as the news happened, but traded in the wrong direction, and lost me about 25% (using standard settings).
This is a greater loss than any win I've ever had since starting in September (although the win on January 15 was close). Weren't the losses supposed to be minimal in comparison to the gains? :/

My MoneyManagement.RiskPerTrade is set to 0.05 on all cores. I guess that's more than the default... but it should only 'enlarge' the trades, right? So I wouldn't have been in profit (after the three months I mean) with 0.02 or 0.03 either.

1) A risk of 5% per trade is not a very good idea. Example: If you loose 10 trades in a row you will face a 50% DD.
2) I checked your account and saw that almost all trades were opened and closed with unusual high slippage. (Up to 10 pips!) Slippage itself cannot be avoided but the average slippage per trade should not exceed 0.2-0.4 pips. Everything what is above is to high. Reasons can be:
a) Very high latency between the broker server and your terminal. If this is the case, please take a look to the documentation. I describe their how you can decrease the latency to a minimum.
b) Very slow order execution. To see if this is the case, please take a look to the log files. Everything below 500ms is good, up to 850 is still ok and everything above 1000ms is very high.
Probably it is a combination of latency and slow execution time. I highly recommend to optimize your trading environment and setup as described in the documentation. If you let it as it is now you will be not able to make money with it.

Alexander
