There is still a moderate chance that it will pull back further. Of course, it would be best to resign yourself to a big DD for a while. My guess, we will consolidate through the new year, and then resume the downtrend. I wouldn't worry to much about it. Just watch you equity level. maybe remove some pairs if you think you may get into too big of a DD. Main thing is, you gotta give it room to breath or it cannot recover.

I have noticed that a eur/usd basket was closed at 1.3080. Was this closed manually? I have this basket still open with a TP at 1.3087.
Mine's got a TP of 1.3090. Presumably the variance will be dependent on timing/broker factors. Yesterday's high on my broker was 1.3083, agonisingly close!

I was nearly excited/relieved last night when I saw my open trade DD reducing.
Nearly got to the point where I could close all open trades and basically be at breakeven/small loss for the 3 months of trading.
Should have done it as of course those who hesitate lose - Open Trade DD is again way in excess of 3 month profit - DOH!

I can see that one of the big psychological issues with this system is going to be NOT intervening, when price has pulled back into profit with the Martingale trades, but NOT YET hit the Take Profit level. One of the pluses to being on the west coast of the US is that I am asleep a good percentage of the time, when the London action is happening. I can't intervene when I'm asleep!

In this instance, that will definitely work out in your favor!😁

Just a note to any Tradency Mirror Platform users - I have just been advised that setting risk to 0.1 does NOT halt trades! You actually need to delete the strategy from your portfolio until after the holidays.
I learnt this the hard way as I closed out of USD/CAD trades manually, only to have Tradency open three new trades on USD/CAD.

Hi, I'm coming to the end of my 60 trial period. I have done some searching on the web and there seems to be a 50/50 split as to whether this system is what has been marketed. Could someone please provide this newbie their opinion as to whether they would recommend this system or not? The short term results have been very positive but the potential drawdown still worries me. Thanks.

I am going to phrase this very carefully..... This is the 'safest' martingale system I have seen to date. Since i have not seen anyone attempt to publish a full risk disclosure, people are not fully aware of the potential DD. The chance of an event of maximal DD ever occurring are incredibly small. My opinion is to use minimal risk and have a huge margin for padding. My opinion would be $1000 start for a penny account, $10,000 for a micro account, $100,000 for a mini account, or $1mil for a standard account. These accounts are based purely on the smallest lot size you have access to. Only an opinion.

My Experience is I went live with a smallish account on 1st Nov, i only use eur/usd on setting 2. In November I made 11%, December is a lot quiter for obvious reasons but look like making 6%. Best ea I have ever bought. Small but steady growth.

Hey Guys,
They have privatised the open trades again. I really don't understand why they insist on doing this again. Opening them was a great move by Dustin...but not anymore. I would like to see what positions they kept open over the holidays.
I closed everything live before Christmas...but my demo is still running and has about 9.5% DD. What are you guys experiencing?

Good catch! I would like to open that up and compare it to TEA.
