GENERAL

1. This promotion (“the Competition”) is offered by Focus Markets LLC, trading as DNA Markets, a company providing trading in financial, and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, (Registration No 356 LLC 2020). This Demo Competition (the Competition) is exclusively for those who meet the eligibility criteria below (Selected Clients).

2. Selected Clients may register for The Competition (Registration Period) from 29th July 2024, 00:00 am , until 12^th August 9:00 am. The Competition shall commence from 12^th August 2024, 10:00 am until 26^nd August 2024, 10:00 am (Competition Period).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

3. To be eligible for this promotion, Selected Clients must:
   1. Register during the Registration Period via the Myfxbook ‘Trading Competitions’ page; and
   2. Have been approved for a live trading account with DNA Markets.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

4. This promotion is not available to residents of Australia, the U.S., or any other jurisdiction where such promotion would be prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.

CONDITIONS

5. Selected Clients who enter the demo competition will receive the following conditions on their demo account:
   1. MetaTrader 4 Demo.
   2. 1:100 leverage;and.
   3. $10,000 USD balance.

6. The Competition rankings are determined by Selected Clients who generate the most returns during the Competition Period on their demo account, as calculated in section 19.

7. Trading Credit prizes for The Competition are as follows:

1. 1^st place - $3000 USD
2. 2^nd place - $1000 USD
3. 3^rd place - $700 USD
4. 4^th place - $400 USD
5. 5^th place - $300 USD
6. 6^th place - $200 USD
7. 7^th place - $100 USD
8. 8^th place - $100 USD
9. 9^th place - $100 USD
10. 10^th place - $100 USD

TRADING CREDIT

8. Winners will receive the Trading Credit to their respective live trading accounts and will appear in the balance facility of the trading. This credit:
   1. May be used for trading purposes ONLY (as margin to open and maintain positions) CANNOT be withdrawn as cash.
   2. May be redeemed ONCE only per Selected Client;and
   3. Will be subject to removal if there has been no trading activity in the account for a period of two months.

9. Any Selected Client who creates more than one (1) account should be considered in breach of the Competition’s Terms and Conditions, resulting in disqualification from the competition.

10. The Trading Credit is non-transferable between accounts or persons and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

11. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the DNA Markets legal documents that apply to all DNA Markets promotional offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the DNA Markets legal documents, the legal documents will prevail.

12. DNA Markets reserves the right to withhold or void without further notice any Trading Credit if in its reasonable belief, there is any indication or suspicion of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other form(s) of deceitful or fraudulent activity or behavior.

13. By participating in this Competition, you consent to your personal data being collected, processed, and used by DNA Markets for:
    1. The purpose of the Competition,and
    2. Marketing and promotional activities conducted by DNA Markets including but not limited to, any form of marketing and advertising activities such as posting photos, ranking and trading performance on the DNA Markets website and social media accounts.
14. Participation in this promotion signifies acceptance of all Terms and Conditions referenced herein. Selected Clients are required to abide by all Terms and Conditions as presented, at all times.
15. DNA Markets reserves the right, at their absolute discretion, to modify or amend the terms and conditions, the type and names of prizes at any time without prior notice and explanation.

16. DNA Markets will not be held responsible for any technical disruption, such as weak internet connection, that could affect the result of the Competition.

17. In the event that any dispute and/or misrepresentation is made in relation to the above applicable Terms and Conditions, such dispute and/or misrepresentation shall be resolved by Myfxbook. Myfxbook’s decision shall be final and binding. DNA Markets will not be held responsible for any aspect of the Competition.

18. DNA Markets’ decision relating to any aspect of the Competition shall be final and binding.

GAIN CALCULATION

19. The trading gain will be calculated at the end of the Competition Period based on the following formula:

    Gain = ((EE+W)-(EB+B))/(EB+D)

    EE: Equity at the end of the Competition Period

    EB: Equity at the beginning of the Competition Period

    W: Withdrawals made throughout the Competition Period

    D: Deposits made throughout the Competition Period .

    B: Balance

    Equity at the beginning of the Competition Period (EB) will be recorded on 12^th August 2024. Equity at the end of the Competition Period (EE) will be recorded on 26^nd August 2024.

    “Withdrawals” refers to the withdrawal of funds from MT4 or MT5 accounts. “Deposits” refers to deposit of funds to MT4 or MT5 accounts.

20. If two or more clients attain the same gain, the client with the higher equity will be ranked higher; If two or more clients have the same equity, the client with the lower maximum drawdown rate will be ranked higher.

21. Trading performance will be calculated as the demo account Profit and Loss (PnL) change inclusive of swaps, commissions, and other charges on BUY/SELL type trades opened after the Competition start date excluding any deposits, withdrawals, or cash adjustments.

JURISDICTION

22. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by DNA Markets in the manner to be fairest to all concerned.

RISK WARNING

23. Margin trading involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your objectives, financial situation, needs and level of experience before entering into any margined transactions with DNA Markets, and seek independent advice if necessary. Forex and CFDs are highly leveraged products which means both gains and losses are magnified.
