Different levels of leverage

New Traders
Jun 03, 2021 at 10:25
- For a newbie I believe the best leverage is 1:30, the very reason many regulated brokers restrict their clients to a leverage of 30X. Also, the forex market is a very risky market so it is better not to go for 50X in the very start.

Please don’t say that. I’m still hopeful for its comeback.

Do you have a particular reason to choose this pair or this is just an example? Do all the pair with same base currency have a negative correlation?

Forex is all about knowledge. Invest good amount of time in learning and demo trading before you even think of going live. People who take the pains to know the market will definitely gain from it.

A market is very volatile during a new release, so trading at that time can be very risky. You, may do it but please be double sure of what you’re doing.

Definitely, 1-2% is good for a new trader. However, Demo trading is very important for every trader. So please demo trade for a good amount of time before you go live.

Bitcoin is getting stronger than ever. I regret not investing in it when its buying value was much lower and I could actually afford buying a good quantity of it.

No matter what, demo accounts will always remain a uselful tool for both newbies and experienced traders. A newbie can’t just risk his money without understanding how platforms work. For experienced trader, it helps for testing purposes

That’s correct. Relying totally on signals as a newbie is not a good idea. Gain your knowledge and then go ahead and follow the signals so that no one can fool you.

How much should you invest in trading

I agree with you. You can keep your trades running for a longer time if you invest a bigger amount. I know a beginner should not be investing much, but you can’t really do much with $5 in my opinion. So, save up for a while and then go for it.
