Ok, all sorted.Important: Please be sure to be specific when asking to join as an investor. For example "Sector 1 Moderate" or "Sector 1 Low".Not just Sector - that means nothing to anyone.

Those are the docs that are not yet on the website, and we're most certainly not their admin team so they can send them. We're raising this issue with them right now.

Read the previous comments, it tells you exactly why it doesn't matter.

Yes, I saw that's something they offer.News to me that it has anything to do with me though! If you want my personal opinion, nobody should be using credit to trade or invest.

Thank you for the good question :)It's probably best to revisit this after their website updates are done, which is supposed to be any day now.At the moment, no. You do get a MUCH better experience from your login though.

The usual minimum deposit to invest via them is USD 10,000 but we negotiated it lower because that's just too restrictive. That sounds a lot like success fees coming out tbh.

No issues or deadlines for deposits/withdrawals as far as the strategy is concerned.Best to contact PriorFX if you have any further questions about the normal deposit/withdrawal processes.

It's the same strategy. For lower risk, Sector 1 Low is the option to choose.Just in case you've not seen it, this link should take you straight to the relevant post about the new broker http://www.myfxbook.com/community/trading-systems/bpge-pamm-account/740712,19#postRow203840

That was quick, Lee :)Success fee is a very reasonable and fair 20%It's also worth mentioning that previously the shocking amount of time it was taking for orders to close was costing the account literally tens of thousands, which in turn was affecting everyone's profit. No such issue now thanks to the superior execution speed which means more profit just from that.

Hi everyone,*Please read this thoroughly*The broker we chose is PriorFX and some of the reasons we did so are because they are true STP, have their trade server in Equinix LD4 (London), and use a Swiss bank for the segregated client funds. During the live testing we found their execution to be exactly how we feel it should be, which is a very welcome change indeed. In addition, they were more helpful in 2 minutes than the previous broker has been in 2 years. We also have direct communication with the heads of Admin and IT, as well as the owner. We're still waiting for the website stuff to be ...

I'm hearing a LOT of this type of complaint.Threaten to take the matter straight to the regulator. It's clearly deliberate and on top of their usual incompetence when it comes to processing extremely simple tasks.Basically, don't take their crap and call them out when you have clearly provided everything already.

Hi everyone,Broker has been chosen (a while ago now, but thank you for the suggestions), testing has been completed, and the setup that we want has been put in place. All we're waiting on is a website update at the broker (other stuff too, not just for us) which should be any day now.The sign up process will be slightly different to what you may be used to. This broker is quite a bit more serious about building long term relationships with traders and investors will need to ask to invest in a strategy.Important: There will be a link that you *must* use to sign up with. Assuming you're a...

I haven't, but it seems hotforex put it back in there as part of their 'fixing' things yesterday. As per my previous comments, some withdrawals to hotforex wallets were coming out multiple times even though only one was requested - in short, their systems don't work properly. It was removed again as soon as I saw they did that and it should be showing as such.If anyone has any issues at all, get straight on to hotforex and make them fix it.

@anthcarver Forgive my bluntness here but you can be as disappointed as you like because the alternative was to risk the entire account blowing due to the broker being dodgy - and getting worse by the day.I'm sure you would have disliked that particular outcome a lot more than this one, and those were the only two options.Further, if (and I stress IF) you've been an investor for a while then 'down' simply means a bit less profit and you'd not have any right to complain at all.

@patrickdrew That actually looks to be true :) I can see things changing every so often. I imagine it'll take them some time to fix because they really do seem to have messed it up. What is complete bullshit though is that it happened at all. Definitely not ok.

@joey1333 Yes, it is indeed unattractive. The alternative if we trusted them not to shaft us even further was much worse though. Left with no option unfortunately.@Palmen Your guess is as good as mine! Best email them and ask :)
