Do you use a stop loss, or do you wait for your losing trades to hopefully recover some day into profit, or at least return closer to the point of entry to minimize loss? What is your recommended lot size and starting balance to safely use your strategy? For example, would you recommend .01 lot size, and $100 balance, for each currency pair traded? Or .01 lot size, and $1000 balance, for each currency pair traded?

I noticed the same thing on my VPS even though I was using 14 GB memory. After 8 or more terminals were open (averaging 10 - 20 charts on each) when testing various EA settings on multiple demo accounts, the VPS became very sluggish especially during busy hours. I thought purchasing more and more ram would solve the problem, but it didn't. I later found out that on most VPS servers the cpu is shared (similar to shared web hosting). So if I have multiple MT4's open on my vps, and several other people sharing my cpu also have several ea's and MT4's opened etc..., this can cause i...

That sentence is actually part of the Clickbetter disclaimer that they require all EA vendors to put on their sales page if they want their EA product to get approved by Clickbetter, and sold through the Clickbetter payment system. They are also required to put the Clickbetter refund policy page on their website.
