Very good service overall. I like the reports for the trades they provide and the webiars for the traders. Execution is fast and I sometimes have positive slippage. Not sure why they still offer only forex and CFD but not some instruments traded on real exchanges. Hopefully JFD will offer Czech or other central European shares soon.

I am trading with JFD Brokers for already more than a year and I am completely satisfied with their services. I use JFD for trading the FX majors and index CFDs. Very good that they reduced commissions on those! I would like to see the swap rates lower plus more options to trade futures, not only as CFD. The customer support is fast and answers all my questions politely and with enough details. I have no complaints about execution. Spreads are stable but I hope they will be even lower.

This is five star broker with no hidden costs of trading and no conditions written in small letters. I can recommend everyone to give it a try and see the difference. I agree with the posts that swap rates are a bit on the high side. Spreads on the majors are low enough. Support is friendly and helpful. Good luck to all!

JFD is honest broker. For me their trade execution reports showing all details about the orders is one of the most useful things in their offering and helps a lot when I am not sure what happened with my positions. The customer support is fast to react via email and live chat. I am experienced MT4 user and I like all the custom EAs and indicators provided by the broker. I like trading indices a lot and the low commission there is very good. Spreads are low and stable. I would like to see more online deposit and withdrawal options as well as Danish stocks and indices offered. More webinars are also welcome.

I can recommend JFD Brokers for trading forex and metals. Their commissions are fair and low enough, no markup in the spreads. However the swap rates are high for some currencies. Execution is stable and whenever I have complaints their support sends me detailed reports about my trades. A friend of mine who is a money manager told me about JFD and so far I think I made the right choice 😄

I started trading with JFD Brokers after having very bad experience with several major Russian brokers. I am very happy with the service, customer support speaks fluent Russian and is always very helpful. Execution is fast and stable. Spread is low and I even have positive slippage on some large trades. I tried also some of the tools to their platform and my favourites are Depth of market, Tick chart trader and Sentiment trader. The main thing I want to see improved is to have more webinars in Russian as well as to have market research articles in Russian.

I've been trading with JFD Brokers for quite a long time and I don't have any complaints. All good with the service, spreads and their support is very professional. I read through all the comments so far and I agree that it is good to have online withdrawals but as long as my money are kept safe I'm fine with filling in forms. What I like to see offered are more commodities and metals as well as new platforms.

JFD Brokers have some really good MT4 Add-Ons which I am using at the moment. You don't necessarily need to be trading on their platform you can use some of them on other MT4 Servers. I currently use the Candle Countdown which is useful, because it cuts out the confusion as some brokers use different times. They've also got some technical indicators that can help your trading like Donchian and Keltner Channels. Worth having a look!!!

Great latency, I have two strategies running with that broker an atomized scalping one and a long term manual one. Never had problems with the system, great raw spreads and execution.

attention to the broker are problems with the disbursement of funds. They deceive and terribly extend the payment. They do everything not to pay cash.

I find the free tools very useful for money and risk management. Setting rules for managing positions allows me not to stay on the pc whole day long. If you make a good research you will most probably find a cheaper one, but I prefer staying on the safe side with stops not being hunted and a nice execution and spreads.

Definitly not the absolut cheapest Broker i was using so far, but by far the most institutional one in terms of Execution Speed, Quality of fills Stability of Plattform and Quality of Service. Quite impressed what JFD offers. If JFD would become a bit cheaper i would trade all my flow with them. So far i only use them for EURUSD Algos. Trading in Exotic pairs i remain with SAXO. I can recommend JFD to anybody who takes trading serious. cheers
