Echoing the same positive comments above and want to add this:
I experienced a self inflicted error and "misplaced" funds. KOT4X support help me find them and deposited them into my account. I've never heard of another broker providing that level of service. Also, ANY time I reach out with questions or for assistance they are always very quick to respond.
