Thanks. A curious fact is that if we draw a trend line of the FGB's profit, we notice a break below it... As some will say, we should see a restest then a straight down :-) I really hope the forex theory will not apply.

Wrong! The market is the one BEHAVING, NOT a PROGRAMMED computer software. Backtests have no relation with the future. They cannot predict anything and that is a fact.

You're both right. It really made a killing this June and July also... One should never take in consideration a backtest for projecting the future.

Take a look at your charts, at last year's summer period. Was it choppy? Now take a look at the profit curve of FGB for the same period. Did it have a very rough time? Now take a look in the mirror and say "I should have learnt the lesson that holidays are not appropriate for FGB!" Shut it down, go swimming, have a nice 2 month long vacation then come back for FGB.Good luck.

Oh sorry, I didn't mean for you. No, it's not easy for you. 1. Technical Divergences on 4H charts. Confirmed for E/U, it's a fairly sure temporary bottom.2. Strong chance of bullish reversal patterns/candles also on 4H charts. Confirmed - take a look on June 01 around noon.3. Fundamental stats of eurozone + statistics regarding the wining trades of FGB. It's a far better chance for this EA to win on shorting the E/U than going long. FGB lost big time because of countertrend trading. But as human beings, we should use our brains.

The last loses have a bigger impact due to the increase of lot sizes. In case of a trending E/U, the regains would be fast. Again, there's nothing wrong with the EA. After every trend, a period of side moving is a must. Users with brain and experience should stop the FGB until a new trend is in development.

When you bought FGB, you got what you paid for. It is a customizable expert advisor. It is you that can do the improvement, to adapt it to various market conditions (volatility, momentum etc.) should you know what those settings are about... SO forget the vendor's further intervention regarding the performance. Their job is to keep FGB bug-free, to update it in line with MT4 updates and protect it against decompilers... Good luck!

Something is not right with that fxopen account. Spread is too high. Perhaps it's not a real ECN account. Fxopen has a lot of account types. The opening time is smaller than a ping delay. Also, there are two question marks in the diag area. Many failed attempts, spread > 2.0, modification time=0ms. Anyway, it seems hard to consider it believable for a real account. So it's a demo. So it doesn't mean anything.

Oh man, THIS IS AMAZING! You win ratio is so big, how did you manage to do it in 2 days? WOW! Seriously now, post your stats after 100+ days of trading, then we'll be talking. Besides, what "type" is your scalping when the average trade lenght is 16 minutes and you biggest winnings took 3h 40m to achieve, huh?

Perhaps this is the explanation: successful users stay silenced since their winnings are the others' looses. So I suspect it's better to shut up and keep getting pips. This EA will keep working forever if the algorithm it uses meets the proper built-in condition. There's no such thing as a dead MDP.

What does the slippage have to do with MDP's way of opening orders??? This problem is on the broker side so that's where you need to make some changes. YOU will get slipped entries and exits again regardless the false mode of hards and opens.
